How to use the CSV file to Upload Content

Access the Google sheet


Access the sheet here.  

Or log into your account and go to Training and find the CSV sheet under helpful documents. 



CSV Sheet Tabs

When you first land in the CSV sheet you will see 3 tabs at the bottom.  

The first one is the instructions.  It is showing you what each column is for.

The second tab is a simple CSV upload.  This would be used for any content that is not date based.  

The last tab is for Date Based Content.  This would be for date specific content.  

Go to the tab that best fits your needs.    


Sample CSV 

In column A add your image file name exactly as it is.  

In column B add your caption for each of the images. 

In column C add your first comment for Facebook.   


Date Based CSV 

In column A add your image file name exactly as it is.  
In column B add your caption for each of the images. 
In column C add your first comment for Facebook.   
In Column D add the date you want the image to post. 
In Column E add the time of day (military time) you want your image to post.
In Column F add the word repeat if you want this post to go out each year at the same date and time. 
In Column G add the word TRUE if you want to post the image to Facebook.
In Column H add the word TRUE if you want to post the image to Twitter.
In Column I add the word TRUE if you want to post the image to LinkedIn.
In Column J add the word TRUE if you want to post the image to Google My Business.
In Column K add the word TRUE if you want to post the image to Instagram.


Save the CSV

To save as a CSV click on File, Download, Comma Separated Values (.csv)
